Start today - don't put this off one more day - I am so glad I did.  I had no clue what "feel good" felt like anymore.  When I felt a little better - I thought it was feel good - it had been so long since I really felt good - that I didn't even have a CLUE how good I could feel.  I had no clue how bad the weight was making me feel.  I blamed it on everything else - but never the weight.  Guess if I claimed it to be true - I would have had to have done something about it!     :-)

 Today - I know what FEEL GOOD is - and I want it for you too.

You can do this workbook alone - but I strongly encourage you - if you can - to do with is a small group - where you can love others facing the same struggles - be loved and cared for throughout the process - and to be there for others too -  as they share with you -  both in your weight loss and in walking through this program.

WE have 2 groups currently meeting in the Orlando area.

If you are not near this area - consider putting togther a small group of your own - that can meet - hold each other accountable - and help do this plan.  Perhaps you want to form a group of your friends - or perhaps you'd like to start a group through your Church.
